The SUSS Student Teambuilding Programme is an experiential graduation requirement for all SUSS full-time students to start their university journey together. Students must complete this module within their first academic year at SUSS.
Objectives
- To provide students with an experiential platform to cultivate a common SUSS identity
- To develop foundational aptitudes in self-awareness, team effectiveness, and community-mindedness
Approach
- The programme adopts a combination of e-learning, experiential learning, and on-site training methods to achieve its objectives
- Runs are typically held overseas to enable students to develop global-mindedness and adaptability – skills which are crucial attributes to thrive in today's context

- The local Student Teambuilding Programme comprises of 1 module - 2.5 credit unit (cu) Experiential Teambuilding (ETB) module.
- By registering and completing the local ETB, students will be able to:
- Fulfil the Student Teambuilding mandatory experiential graduation requirement
- Earn 2.5 cu from the ETB module only
Students are strongly encouraged to attend the virtual briefing on either 9 June or 23 June, 7pm to 8:30pm, to find out more about the programme. Register for the programme briefing here.
- A total of 4 runs will be offered to cohort 2022 students. Please find the 4 run dates in the table below:

** Students who receive admissions offers between 1 and 17 June 2022. Students admitted during this Window of Acceptance will only be able to select and attend Run 4.

How to Register
- The Student Teambuilding Programme registration process will be conducted in 2 separate phases:

- Students admitted during the second JAE window of acceptance will only be able to select and attend Run 4

- Students' participation will be confirmed after the successful completion of the 5 steps by the respective deadlines.
